Pop of Pink

Sometimes you just need a bold color to brighten up your day.

After reviewing my spring and summer wardrobe, I decided I needed a couple of pieces that will pop against the black, white, and light blue filling my closet. This bright pink Equipment top is the perfect piece to fill the job.  Equipment has been a favorite brand of mine for years, as I love the classic styles and slightly oversized fits.  Since I tend to shy away from color, adding this bold pink in a classic cut was the perfect way for me to wear a bright color without being overwhelmed.

Since I love pink and black together, I paired this tank with my black distressed jeans, and finished my look with black wedges and a choker that I made myself.  It's actually a belt from a dress that I had sitting around.  I just wrapped it around my neck a couple of time, and voila, the perfect choker!  Also, these wedges are from last year, but I found a couple of really similar styles, which I linked  below.

Tank: Equipment| Jeans: Citizens of Humanity| Wedges: Kenneth Cole (very similar herehere and here)| Bag: Forever 21 (very similar here)| Sunnies: Chloé| Similar Chokers here and here| Gold Necklaces: Sarah Chloe, c/o Lizzy Powers Design| Bracelets: Vita Fede (herehere, and here)
