Navy Lace High-Low Dress + WW Link Up

Happy Friday my friends!  Sorry I've been MIA this week, but I decided at the last minute to take a little vacation and break from the blog.  I had an amazing time last weekend at the lake celebrating the Fourth of July and the twins second birthday, that I decided not to even open up my computer.  This was a big step for me, as my blog is usually the first thing I see in the morning, and the last thing I see each night, but it was a nice break.  Although I was back home Tuesday afternoon, I just couldn't get into the swing of things, so I decided to take the whole week off, well... because .... #WHYNOT??  Now I'm back, refreshed, and beyond excited to share with you all of the content coming in the next few weeks.

Another thing that I'm excited about is this navy lace dress from Bailey Blue.  Not only am I in love with the lace detailing, but the high-low hem adds a fun touch.  I wore this dress to my cousins baby shower, and finished my look with my gladiator heels for a dressier look.  The longer hem in the back makes the dress suitable for special occasions, but I can also see myself wearing it with flats for a casual look on a hot day.  I also can't wait to pair this dress with booties and a denim jacket this fall!

Make sure to check out Bailey Blue for their great selection of dresses (mine is on sale for under $30 BTW), and I wish everyone a great weekend!

  21. One of the things I really like about you, Rachael, is the unexpected colours you put together. Take for instance this navy dress. I'd never have thought of accenting it with camel brown. Nope. I'd probably have gone with yellow or pink :) xoxo
