Grey Cowl Neck Sweater and Stitch Fix Review #3

Last week I received my third Stitch Fix shipment, and once again, I couldn't have been happier with the items in my box.  Three of the five items were definite yeses, including this grey cowl neck poncho sweater.  Not only do I love the drape neck, but it has pockets, and we all know that pockets make everything better! If you follow my Snapchat (Rach480), and saw my Stitch Fix un-boxing,  then you know that my initial thought when I saw this sweater was to pair it with (faux) leather pants.  However, with temperatures still in the 60s and 70s, I wasn't ready to style such a heavy fall look, so instead I paired it with my white jeans.  I'm all for wearing white jeans year round, and I love how the grey sweater and open heeled booties made them transition perfectly for the fall.

If you're unfamiliar with Stitch Fixit is a clothing subscription service where items are picked out based upon your style preferences, and delivered right to your door step.  Upon signing up, you are asked questions about your style, then assigned a stylist who picks out five items per shipment to send you.  You have three days to try on the clothes and decide what you want to keep or send back.  This is the best part about the service, since you are able to do this in the comfort of your own home.  You simply keep what you want, and send the rest back in the prepaid shopping bag that is provided.  There is a styling fee with each box of $20, however, if you decide to purchase items from your box, then the $20 is put towards your purchase.  If you decide to keep all 5 items, then you get a 25% discount!

Make sure to stop back on Wednesday because I'll be sharing the other items from this month's box. You can also see my first Stitch Fix review here, and my second review here.

These Smoke and Mirrors sunglasses are my most recent swap from Ditto, and I'm obsessed with them!  Ditto is an online eyewear retailer that offers a subscription program called Endless Eye Wear, where you can rent designer sunglasses (or eyeglasses if you choose).  You simply pick the pair of sunglasses you wish to wear,  keep them as long as you would like, and when you're ready, swap them out for a new pair.  The best part is all the great brands they carry: Karen Walker (my personal favorite), Prada, Illesteva, Burberry, and Ray Ban just to name a few.  The service is $24 a month, but you can try your first month free by entering my code: THREADSFORTHOMAS at checkout.
