Layering A Culotte Jumpsuit

I'm not sure if it's the change of season, or that I'm inspired by all the NYFW street style looks, but lately I find myself putting my denim aside, and reaching for the formal items in my closet.  This Tobi culotte jumpsuit is the perfect example.  You may remember this summer when I wore it, here, but have to admit that I'm more excited to wear it this fall.  I feel the low cut front, and open back, is a bit too sexy for me to pull off, so I love that I can layer it now that the cooler weather is arriving.  Although this jumpsuit would would great with a button down blouse for a daytime look, I decided to go with a high neck blouse for a slightly dressier feel.  I used my skinny scarf as a belt, added a long gold necklace, and finished my outfit with my studded heels to jazz up this black and white look.  With Boston Fashion Week coming up, I'm thinking this will be a perfect outfit to wear to one of the events.

  18. That jumpsuit is gorgeous but I seriously love the elegant way you layered it with an elegant, feminine, frilly blouse. I agree with Lindsay above me. NYFW belongs to you. Have lots of fun at Boston's Fashion Week.
