What To Wear This Thanksgiving

Is anyone as excited as I am that Thanksgiving is this week? I can't believe the holiday season has arrived! Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday, and if you're like me and love to stuff your face, you want to wear something that is comfortable and has a little extra room. Here are some outfit ideas that will let you do just that, while looking cute at the same time.

I love wearing dresses, and find ones that are not too fitted to be more comfortable then wearing pants. Since I lead a pretty casual lifestyle I use every holiday as an excuse to dress up, so dresses are always a go for me on Thanksgiving. The ones above would be perfect for Thanksgiving dinner because they aren't too fitted. I'm obsessing over the Marchesa dress above, and if you're in a cold climate like I am, a pair of black tights and a black fur vest would make it more weather appropriate. A sweater dress is on my wish list this winter. They look so comfortable, and I'm loving the one above from Madewell. I would add a tall boot to it to complete the look.

If you're not a girl who likes wearing dresses then elastic waist pants, loose boyfriend jeans, and midi skirts make a great option. Adding a cozy sweater to a pair of leather leggings, or a blouse and heels to boyfriend jeans or joggers will have you looking polished while being comfortable.
