Burgundy and Blush

Some may call it Marsala, others Burgundy, some Maroon, but whatever you decide to call this cousin shade of red, I'd make friends with it because you'll be seeing plenty of it this fall.  Unlike a red, red, I personally find it easier to wear, and love the warmth and richness of the color.  Which brings me to this blouse.  Not only is the color gorgeous, but it drapes perfectly, and I love the fact I can wear it casually with ripped jeans, or tucked into a skirt for a professional look.  I unexpectedly paired it with my blush heels and loved the colors together, so I added my blush faux leather jacket to finish the look.  This blouse is perfect to wear now on its own, then layered with a leather jacket come fall.

I had been eyeing this jacket for a while, as it's been a popular pick among other fashion bloggers.  I was about to pull the trigger and buy it, as it was back in stock at a couple of stores, but glad I waited because I saw Jessica wearing it from Jeans and a Teacup, who found it on sale for $40 off the original price!  I immediately snatched it up, and couldn't be happier.  Check out how Jessica styled her jacket here, as I love her style.
