Burgundy Sweater, Flare Jeans, and Weekend Wear Link Up!


Happy Friday everyone!  I'm excited for the long weekend.  Although now that I work from home and on my own schedule (or should I say around the twins schedule), weekends are no different, but it's always fun when Mike has an extra day off.  We'll just be hanging around home, but I'm hoping to enjoy some fun fall activities, maybe even finally go apple picking??  Speaking of, I brought this sweater with me last weekend to Vermont thinking it would be perfect for a day at the orchards, however we never ended up going.  There is nothing like wearing a chunky knit on a cool day, especially in fall's must have hue.  Although this sweater will pair well with skinny jeans and tall boots (orchard approved), I decided to dress it up a little with flare jeans and a statement necklace.  A perfect look for running errands all day then grabbing a drink with the girls... or hubby.  And even if this sweater doesn't see an apple tree this weekend, I'm sure it will be lived in during ski season.
