Happy Labor Day weekend! Although I'm sad to see summer come to an end, I do have to admit that fall is my favorite season, and I love dressing for the transitional weather! It makes me so happy when it's still warm enough in the daytime to wear my favorite dress or denim shorts, then as the night cools off, I can throw on a cozy sweater and a cute pair of booties. It's like getting the best of both seasons at once!

Speaking of transitional weather, this Button Front Dress happens to be the perfect dress for this time of year! Although it is technically a summer dress, the material is on the heavier side (I love that it's not thin and flimsy!) which made it too hot for me to wear in the dead of summer. Now that the weather has started to cool down, this dress is ideal for these 70 degree days. The slightly longer sleeves and midi length also make it perfect for entering into the fall. I can wear it now with my sandals, then as the weather cools off even more, I'll add a pair of booties and a leather jacket for a cute fall look!
